Day
1 Arrive Istanbul

When you arrive at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, look for a guide with a "CEO34" sign at the 9th gate. They will take you to your transfer vehicle after validating your name for a private trip to your hotel. Once you'll reach hotel, start the procedure of Check in( check-in time is 14:00). The rest of the day is yours to do with as you please.

2 Old City Tour

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, which is served between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. Your guide/ driver will meet you in the hotel lobby, and you will tour the ancient Sultan Ahmet neighbourhood, also known as the Old Istanbul neighbourhood, together. The tour covers the Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome Square, German Fountains, Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, and Grand Bazaar. A set dinner of Turkish food will be supplied (drinks will be extra). Following the tour, you will be returned to your hotel.

3 Istanbul - Cappadocia

The day of your departure from Istanbul begins with breakfast at your hotel, which is suited to your flight time. We'll offer you with particular pick-up details a day before your transfer. Meet your designated transferman or driver in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
CAPPADOCIA ARRIVAL
You will be notified of exact pick-up instructions one day before the transfer, usually approximately four hours before your flight time. Meet your driver/transferman in the hotel lobby. Embark on a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

Arrival in Cappadocia
A welcoming guide or driver will greet you at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport. They will assist you in finding your transfer vehicle. Enjoy a private transfer to your Cappadocia hotel. Check into your accommodation and spend the rest of the day relaxing and unwinding.

4 Blue Tour

Your tour begins at approximately 09:30 a.m. with a hotel pickup. You will visit the following attractions during this excursion:

Go on a 4-kilometer nature trip and see a cave church, followed by this you will embark your cavusin Village. You can take advantage of your spare time to explore the desolate Cave Village. You will further travel ozkonak Underground City where you can explore the early Christians' subterranean houses. Enjoy

5 Cappadocia to Antalya

Adjusting to your travel schedule, begin your day with breakfast at the hotel.

Finish the hotel check-out process. You will receive detailed pick-up instructions one day prior to the transfer. Meet your driver in the lobby of the hotel. Take a private transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport.
Arrival in Antalya
You will be received at Antalya Airport by a friendly guide or driver.

6 OLD CITY TOUR & WATERFALL TOUR

Breakfast is served at your hotel. Prepare for the tour pick-up at roughly 08:30 a.m., with exact time supplied one day in advance. Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and then proceed on a journey to the historic Old City, with the mode of transportation determined by the location of your hotel.

7 Antalya departure

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, timed to coincide with your flight. Make careful to check out of the hotel on time. You will receive exact pick-up information one day before the transfer. Meet your driver in the lobby of the hotel. Take a private transfer to Antalya Airport.

We calculate your cost according to 1 USD = 81 INR if any change in foreign exchange you need to pay

Cancellation of Flight tickets is as per airline policy.

100% Amount is mandatory to issue an Air Ticket.

50% Amount is mandatory to book your land package

Travel Agency Service cost will be charged on cancellation of the package, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, taxi, activities etc

All refund and cancellation policies are as per the travel agency. - Itinerary may be subject to change due to climatic conditions or other reasons.

Any change in No. of Pax will attract a change in cost.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
