1 Istanbul Arrival

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

Istanbul offers a breakfast from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., followed by a tour of the historic Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, including stops at the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, German Fountains, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Obelisk, and Grand Bazaar. A fixed supper featuring Turkish cuisine is served, followed by a return trip to the hotel.

The tour guide will inform you of your arrival time in the reception area of the hotel. After that, you'll embark on a Bosphorus dinner cruise, enjoying stunning views of the Bosphorus Bridge and the convergence of Europe and Asia. Enjoy traditional belly dancers, Turkish folk dancers, and a DJ act.

3 Istanbul Departure & Cappadocia Arrival

Breakfast at your hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. A day before to your transfer, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transferman in the hotel lobby.

When you arrive at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport, a friendly driver or guide will welcome you. They will help you locate your transfer car. Savor a discreet transportation to your hotel in Cappadocia. After checking into your lodging, spend the remainder of the day unwinding and resting.

4 Cappadocia Red Tour

Tour Cappadocia Red (North) starting the following day at approximately 9:30 a.m. Before arriving back at the hotel at 5:30 PM, the tour stops at Devrent Imagination Valley, Pasabag (Monks Valley), Avanos Town, Goreme Open Air Museum, Esentepe Wish Hill, and Uchisar Rock Castle. 5 Cappadocia Departure & Izmir Arrival

Your journey from Cappadocia begins with a smooth transition from the comfort of your accommodation. After a delicious breakfast that is scheduled to fit your travel schedule, make sure that your check-out goes smoothly by the global standard of 12:00 o'clock. You can expect us to notify you the day before the transfer with the exact time of pick-up, which is usually three hours before your aircraft leaves. Meet your assigned driver in the hotel lobby on the day of departure for a private transfer to the Kayseri or Nevsehir airport. Depending on traffic and road conditions, the trip should take between one and one and a half hours.

Start your day at the hotel with a breakfast that fits your flying schedule.Leave the hotel by the hour specified for international check-out. One day prior to your transfer, usually three hours before your flight, you will receive precise pick-up details. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby. The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
