1 Istanbul Arrival

At Sabiha Gokcen Airport or Istanbul Airport, search for a guide at the ninth gate upon arrival. Once your name has been verified for a private ride to your hotel, they will lead you to your transfer car. Start the check-in process as soon as you arrive at the hotel (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you choose.

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

Breakfast is served in your hotel from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., after which there is a guided tour of the old Sultan Ahmet area that includes stops at the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, German Fountains, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia Mosque. After a set dinner of Turkish food, guests are brought back to their accommodation.

The tour guide will inform you of your arrival time in the reception area of the hotel. After that, you'll embark on a Bosphorus dinner cruise, enjoying stunning views of the Bosphorus Bridge and the convergence of Europe and Asia. Breakfast at your hotel on the morning of your flight out of Istanbul is scheduled to coincide with your flight time. The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
