Day
1 Istanbul Arrival

Seek a guide at the ninth gate upon your arrival at Sabiha Gokcen Airport or Istanbul Airport. Once your name has been verified for a private ride to your hotel, they will lead you to your transfer car. Start the check-in process as soon as you arrive at the hotel (check-in time is 14:00). You have the remainder of the day to spend anyway you like.

2 Old City Tour & Dinner Cruise Tour

day. You will be greeted by your driver/guide in the hotel lobby, and the two of you will take a tour of the historic Sultan Ahmet neighborhood, often known as the Old Istanbul neighborhood. The tour includes stops to the Grand Bazaar, German Fountains, Obelisk, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, and Hippodrome Square. There will be a fixed supper featuring Turkish cuisine (additional drinks available). You will be taken back to your hotel after the trip.

3 Istanbul Departure & Antalya Arrival

Your hotel will serve breakfast in accordance with your flight time on the day you fly from Istanbul. A day before to your transfer, we will provide you with specific pick-up information. For a private transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen Airport, meet your assigned driver or transferman in the hotel lobby.

When you arrive at the Antalya Airport, your friendly guide or driver will meet you. They will go with you to the transfer car. Once at your hotel, check in and then enjoy the remainder of the day to yourself.

4 Pamukkale Tour

The hotel reception offers breakfast the night before the trip, and you'll be picked up early. Meet your guide in the hotel lobby, where you'll explore the Pamukkale Travertines, Hierapolis Ancient City, Necropolis, and thermal pool. Enjoy a set meal of Turkish cuisine for lunch, and return to your hotel after the tour.

5 Old City & Waterfall Tour

Your hotel serves breakfast. Get ready for the tour pickup at approximately 8:30 a.m.; the precise time will be provided one day in advance. Your hotel's location will dictate the kind of transportation you choose to get to the historic Old City. Meet your guide in the lobby of your accommodation.

6 Antalya Departure

Start your day early with breakfast at the hotel, in accordance with the schedule of your flight. Take care to promptly check out of the hotel. The precise pick-up details will be sent to you the day before the transfer. Meet your driver at the hotel lobby. To go to Antalya Airport, take a private transfer.

Cancellation of Flight tickets is as per airline policy.

100% Amount is mandatory to issue an Air Ticket.

50% Amount is mandatory to book your land package

Travel Agency Service cost will be charged on cancellation of the package, hotel, flight, cruise, bus, taxi, activities etc

All refund and cancellation policies are as per the travel agency. - Itinerary may be subject to change due to climatic conditions or other reasons.

Any change in No. of Pax will attract a change in cost.

Christmas/New Year/Peak season surcharge may apply to be borne by the traveller

An itinerary will be Fixed No Amendment in date/time allowed.

The standard time of check-in is at 14:00 o’clock. and standard check-out is at 12:00 o’clock.

Early Check-in and late Check-Out unless pre-booked and paid in advance are subject to availability.

A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the Hotel at the time of check-in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or credit card is acceptable. The amount is refunded at the time of check-out after clearing all incidental charges.

Cancelation Policy

More than 60 days before the tour: Booking Amount

60 – 46 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 15% of Tour Cost

45 – 31 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 25% of Tour Cost

30 - 15 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 55% of Tour Cost

14 – 6 days before the tour: Non-Refundable Component + 80% of Tour Cost

6 – 1 days before the tour: Full Cancellation

Payment Policy

The payment schedule is unique to your package booking and is based on the following factors: location, date of booking, additions, airlines and hotel payment policies, etc.

A payment plan will be included in the package proposal we send you.

Travel Route retains the right to cancel the reservation after making an effort to contact you if payment is not received according to the timetable specified in the initial booking confirmation email.

The cancellation policy for the package would govern refunds.
